Plain-language privacy notice

What we send to AI providers. To measure visibility we send generic buyer questions (for example "best sunscreen for oily skin in India") and the brand and competitor names you enter to third-party AI providers: Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Perplexity or Anthropic if you ask us to enable them. Those providers may use these inputs and their own outputs to improve their services and models under their terms. We never send your email address, account details, report contents or any personal data of your customers to these providers.

What we store. Your email address (to log you in and send reports), the brands, categories and competitors you add, every AI answer we collect for you (so you can read the raw answer), and billing status from Lemon Squeezy. Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card number.

Who can see a report. Free-scan reports and paid reports live at an unguessable link. Anyone with the link can view it; do not share it if you want it private. Agency white-label reports show your agency name and logo instead of AnswerVue.

Cookies and ads measurement. We set a login cookie, a small first-touch cookie that remembers which campaign brought you here, and, when advertising is running, Google Ads and Reddit measurement scripts that record that a free scan was started. No advertising cookie is set for free-scan report readers.

Email. We email you your reports and login links from sam@answervue.com. Reply to any email to reach a human. We do not sell or rent your email address.

Deletion. Email naveen@getvetrelay.com from your account address and we delete your account, brands and stored answers within 7 days.

Children and health data. AnswerVue is a business tool. Do not enter personal data of children or any health information into it.
